Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly through our 'Order Status' page using your order number and email address.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

We offer a 60-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. You can return your items for free via our online portal or at any ALDO standalone store in the UK. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase ready.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes, Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna.
